Payment Terms: Payment for training services must be made either in full prior to the start of the training program or in two instalments. The first half of the payment is due prior to the start of the training program, and the remaining half is due on a specified date agreed upon during the initial discussion. Payment can be made by bank transfer or BPAY. If payment is not received, the training may be cancelled.
Refunds: Refunds for training services will only be provided if the company cancels the training program. If a participant withdraws from the program, no refund will be provided.
Participant Cancellation: Participants may cancel their enrolment in the training program up to one week post the start of the training. Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund.
Placement Guarantee: The company will provide job placement assistance to the participants upon successful completion of the training program. However, the company does not guarantee job placement or employment.
Eligibility for Placement Assistance: Participants must meet the eligibility criteria for placement assistance, which may vary depending on the program and the requirements of the hiring companies. The criteria will be communicated to the participants before the start of the program. However, fulfilment of criteria does not guarantee job placement or employment.
Placement Process: The placement assistance will involve resume building, interview preparation, and connecting participants with potential employers. The company will make best efforts to provide job leads to the participants, but the final hiring decision will be made by the employer. However, finding leads subject to the market and other circumstances.
Presentable: The candidate is expected to make best efforts to be presentable for the interview and make use of the lead provided by the company and not to bring any reputation damage by not performing well.
Termination of Placement Assistance: The company may terminate the placement assistance services at any time if the participant breaches any of the terms and conditions of the training program or engages in any unethical or illegal behaviour.
Schedule Changes: The training company reserves the right to change the training schedule at any time. The participants will be notified of any changes in the schedule as soon as possible.
Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any confidential or proprietary information disclosed during the training program. The company will also maintain the confidentiality of the participants’ personal and professional information and will not share it with any third party without the participants’ consent.
Privacy: For the protection of all participants and to maintain a safe learning environment, we kindly request that you refrain from recording any part of the training class. This includes audio, video, or any other form of recording. Our commitment to privacy and confidentiality extends to all participants, and we expect everyone to respect this policy. By not recording the training class, we ensure the confidentiality of discussions, interactions, and any proprietary information shared during the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. It allows for an open and trusting atmosphere where participants can freely engage, ask questions, and share insights without concerns about their privacy.
Intellectual Property: The training materials and any intellectual property associated with the training are the property of the training company. Participants are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any training materials without the written consent of the training company.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The training company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the training services provided. The training is provided on an “as is” basis.
Limitation of Liability: The training company’s liability for any claims arising out of the training program is limited to the amount paid for the training services. The company will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the participants due to job placement or employment-related matters.
Non-Disclosure Agreement: Participants may be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement with the potential employers during the job placement process. The company will provide guidance and support in understanding and negotiating the terms of the agreement.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of the placement assistance services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed upon by the parties.
Modification of Terms: The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions regarding placement assistance services at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be communicated to the participants in writing.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the company is located.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the company and the participants and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
